Boulevard of Broken Dreams...

I dream and I dream, to do and to not

Of cool wind in summer and warm sunshine in winter

Of a happy land where there are no poor

Of relationships that live ever

And for kids who cry never

There is no love without pain; there is no pain in love

There is pleasure in giving without getting

Alas, sad that humans are so forgetting

I dreamt once of a family; one that is mine

A cute kid and a caring partner
